yvk.1.8 c Do thou mount the shining (quarter); let the Jagati of metres help thee, the Saptadasa Stoma, the Vairupa Saman, the deity the Maruts, the treasure the peasant class.
yvk.1.8 The Stotra is the Saptadasa.
yvk.3.5 c By the All gods I win battles, with the Jagati metre, the Saptadasa Stoma, the Vamadevya Saman, the Vasat call, the thunderbolt, (I trample under foot my foes) born after (me), &c.
yvk.7.1 From the middle he meted out the Saptadasa Stoma.
yvk.7.1 The Trivrt is the breaths; the Pancadasa the half months; the Saptadasa Prajapati; these worlds are three; the Ekavinsa is the sun yonder.
yvk.7.1 At the morning pressing he keeps glorifying the Trivrt Stoma by the Gayatri metre; the Pancadasa Stoma by the Trivrt, which is splendour; the Saptadasa by the Pancadasa which is force and strength; the Ekavinsa by the Saptadasa which is connected with Prajapati and causes begetting.
yvk.7.1 If they omit the Saptadasa Stoma [1], his offspring is omitted, but he who offers the sacrifice does so with the wish, May it be in my offspring.
