vrm.5.6 Resounded by bheris and mridagas, resounded by the sound of conch shells, prayed upon daily by Rakshas, with rituals on festivals, always worshipped by rakshasas.
vrm.5.6 Hanuma best among Vanaras, tiger among Vanaras, moving about saw Rakshas women, those who were sleeping near to Ravana, those who had horrific eyes, those who had Sulaas, Mudgaras in their hands, those who had Shaktis and Tomaras.
vrm.7.3 Formerly she was renounced by the Rakshasas afflicted wiih the fear of Vishnu ;and was empty of swarms of Rakshas, who had gone to the nethermost regions.
vrm.7.6 And, O Rama, having thus taken counsel together, with all the preparations complete, those huge bodied and redoubtable Rakshas marched foth for conflict, mounted on cars, and elephants, and horses resembling elephants, and mules, and kine, and camels, and purpoises, and Nagas, makaras, and totoises, and fishes, and fowls resembling Garura himself, lions and tigers and boars and Srimaras and Chamaras.
vrm.7.6 And pufed up with pride of prowess, the Rakshas march, leaving Lanka, and the enemies of the Devas went to the heavenly regions for battle.
vrm.7.7 And dight with dainty feathered parts having heads, the shafts discharged from the Sarnga, resembling thunder bolts, riving those Rakshas, entered the earth.
vrm.7.7 On the god having been removed from the field by Mali as well as Garura, there arose a mighty din of Rakshas roaring in chorus.

vrm.7.20 The world of man is unworthy of being afflicted by thee who at incapable of being destroyed by Devas, Danavas Daityas, Yakshas, Gandharvas and Rakshas.
vrm.7.24 Having said this the lord of Danavas again spoke unto the lord of Rakshas O hero, O thou gifted with great strength, take that flaming discus which thou beholdest and come to my side.
vrm.7.29 In this wise he got on his chariot many a female of the Nagas, Rakshas, Asuras, Yakshas, Danavas and of men.
vrm.7.33 And the encounter between Mahendra s son Jayanta and Ravana s son Meghanada, and that between the Devas and Rakshas was like one between Devas and Asuras.
vrm.7.104 And Vibhishana, surrounded by various Rakshas and females, engaged in the service of the high souled Rishis intent on hard penances.
vrm.7.121 Immediately after Rama had said this, Vanaras assuming shapes at will Rikshas and Rakshas, began to assemble there.
