Bond is an R&D term, in the domain of content-analysis (text parsing, keyword searching etc) which I use to denote the affinity of a noun to other nouns in a large body of textual information.
For example, in the following text containing 3 sentences:-
Arjuna is a Pandava. Arjuna is a brother of Yudhisthira. Arjuna respected Yudhisthira like a father figure.
the bond of 'Yudhisthira' with 'Arjuna' will be 2 and the bond of 'Pandava' with 'Arjuna' will be 1.
