Mbh.1.1.168 When I heard that the Maharatha Sansaptakas of our army appointed for the overthrow of Arjuna were all slain by Arjuna himself, then, O Sanjaya, I had no hope of success.
Mbh.1.1.205 Such were Saivya; the valiant Maharatha; Srinjaya, great amongst conquerors.
Mbh.1.63.3064 And his son Vrihadratha was installed in Magadha and was known by the name of Maharatha.
Mbh.5.168.7571 Acquainted with all modes of warfare, and of unbaffled weapons, he is a Maharatha.
