Abhimanyu

Abhimanyu was the son of Arjuna, the third among the Pandavas. He was a famed warrior skilled in archery and chariot warfare like his father. Abhimanyu married Matsya princess Uttara. Abhimanyu was considered as the next king after Pandava king Yudhishthira, but he died prematurely in Kurukshetra War. Hence his son Parikshit was made king.
